This is a programme to control a TNC (Terminal Node Controller). It is a DOS programme but will run in a window or full screen on Windows. See below.
Unzip this file into a directory of your choice. I suggest you make a shortcut to it, usually on the desktop using the enclosed Icon. The icon file is only for use with Windows 95/98/ME/XP (do not know if this programme will run in Windows Vista). It will not run in Windows 7 or Windows 10. Although it should run in a "Dos Box" so I have been told. This is free to use.
